Returns & Exchanges

At FreakGeek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FreakGeek account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
